Inicialmente, hay que fundirlo. En el caso del de tipo negro, la temperatura debe ser de entre 40 y 45 grados. En cambio, el que tiene leche ha de estar entre los 40 y los 42 grados. Finalmente, el atemperado del <a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatestorras.com\/tabletas\/chocolate-blanco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chocolate blanco<\/a> se realiza entre los 38 y los 40 grados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez ya has completado el proceso de fusi\u00f3n del chocolate, es importante que bajes su temperatura. El negro ha de estar entre los 27 y los 29 grados. En cambio, el que tiene leche entre los 26 y los 27 grados y el blanco entre los 25 y los 26 grados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El paso final pasa por volver a subir la temperatura para darle el remate final. De nuevo, depender\u00e1 del tipo de chocolate que vayas a utilizar.
